Can installers activate themselves?

No, every SolarAPP+ user must do two things before submitting their first project:

• Complete the How to Use SolarAPP+ For Rooftop Solar Projects input training, and upload the completion certificate to their account
• Upload the pertinent licenses to their account
  • All jurisdictions require an active state contractors license
  • Most jurisdictions require a local license (business, contractor) in addition to the State license.
    • In general, counties do not require a business license, while cities do
