Can I change a project's address after submission/approval?
Unfortunately we cannot allow at-will address changes, as this would introduce the potential for users to abuse the system by getting multiple approvals under one project simply by changing the address.
Since SolarAPP+ only performs plan review for the address provided, it is crucial for users to enter the right address. There is no way for us to validate whether a user made a mistake or the user actually had a project at that address and is seeking a refund for another reason.
As a matter of policy, SolarAPP+ does not issue refunds for projects with incorrectly entered addresses, so please be sure to enter the proper address.
