Migrating an Existing User
In order to migrate an existing user to your account, please contact the SolarAPP Foundation at [email protected] and our team will be happy to assist you in the process. While this process is completed manually by our team specifically for existing users, a final approval must be granted by the account owner.
Once our team confirms that the user has been linked, here are the steps you'll need to take to provide the final approval:
- Log into your account
- On the top right corner, click the drop-down where your name is and select ‘user management’:
- Select the drop down on the right hand side and select ‘edit’:
- This will take you to a screen where you will select ‘approve’ in the right hand corner:
Done! Your user is now approved.
