Typical Causation:

This error is usually caused by one of two things:

• A main panel upgrade was selected, but none of the busbars within the electrical section of the application were identified as the New Main Panel Upgrade.
• The second is that the jurisdiction that you're attempting to submit to does not currently allow main panel upgrades to be processed through SolarAPP+. In this case, the main panel upgrade (MPU) will need to be permitted traditionally with the jurisdiction directly and you can input the MPU as existing on the SolarAPP+ application since it will be permitted separately and be completed before the solar electric system is completed.

Consider the following example where a user had selected a main panel upgrade within the SolarAPP+ application, but forgot to call out which bus was the new service panel.
