How does SolarAPP+ help satisfy public records retention requirements?

To meet public records retention requirements, AHJs will need to maintain records of approved plans or permits issued through SolarAPP+ into their own record keeping processes. With the stand-alone model, copies of the permit and associated documentation are always emailed to the jurisdiction upon approval from SolarAPP+. In software integration mode, the contractor inputs the relevant documentation into the AHJ's permitting software, and records are retained there. In the future, these files will be delivered automatically to the jurisdiction's software platform.
