How does SolarAPP+ validate UL 1703 compliance for assemblies with compatible mounts/racks and panels?

The contractor attests that “the combination of modules and racking system have the same fire classification as the roof assembly” per R324.4.2; however SolarAPP’s current implementation does not verify for the Fire rating compatibility between the PV modules type and the racking system required type per its fire rating under UL 1703 listing in any way other than the attestation.

We are continuously working on improving our system and we plan to build aggregate databases within SolarAPP+ that will, among other things, help in the automatic verification of the assembly’s fire rating according to the UL 2703 standard required by IRC R902.4.
